Local: vault, audio, on-device transcription, local embeddings, BYO model keys. Cloud ledger: signed-in relationship state. Models: your provider or the credit-gated gateway. Analytics: PostHog, fail-closed unless you enable it.

Yes. The vault is a folder. Config is under ~/.rowboat/. Deleting those deletes the local copies we wrote.
