The sent folder is not a pipeline

You remember the deals you are thinking about. You do not remember the verbal yes from six weeks ago.

workflow2026-09-17

Sunday night you scroll Gmail, glance at the CRM, and guess who you owe a reply. The expensive misses are the ones that did not email you back.

If you connect one thing, connect Gmail. The register is mostly made of sentences people already wrote. Access starts read-only. The current window is about 90 days of mail — a product limit, not a marketing one.

After the first pass

The queue names the relationships where a promise is open and the thread went quiet, with the amount if one was said. You approve a follow-up or mark the row as dropped. Mail stays mail.

Watch is the free first report. Chase is when the register becomes part of the week. That split is on pricing, not in a footnote.

The founder-operator path is written out as a use case.
